Due at the end of the semester, this paper will reflect a student’s detailed research on a topic relevant to world cultures from the Renaissance to the contemporary world. Ideally, it will build upon research done for the presentation. Students will be asked to consider the important issues and present research of a quality appropriate to this course level (i.e. no websites, no regurgitation of simple facts). Papers are expected to be 5-7 pages in length and presented using proper essay structure, grammar, punctuation, and in-text citation of all sources. You must use at least 2 academic sources (not webpages), one of which must be your textbook.
