writer a letter to the dean of studies explanation of the issue being faced with the staff and admin where they don’t attend to emails or follow up queries regarding uploading material or following up student inquires
address the only dedicated person that i think is committed is Mariam and i will be forwarding all correspondence to support my statement and i felt it is my duties to inform him as have been going through a hard time with the people there though im am ill but want to achieve and would like him as the dean to look into this issues with apologies that i don’t want to burden him but its his right as he is the dean and he developed this course and want also to thanks him for the beneficial course that he developed and only wish others have respect for him and the course please use the statements that i will be uploading.
also tell him that this course means so much to me that i want to complete it in time as i don’t know what the future holds for me and am so committed to have good knowldge
