Research question – The effects of static and dynamic stretching on maximal isometric strength
Hypotheses – I hypotheses that dynamic stretching will improve maximal isometric strength compared to static stretching
Review of literature – Compare literature reviews on static and dynamic stretching and how they will affect isometric strength performance
Research methodology – A maximum of 10 participants 2 groups of 5, Ages 18 -25, each individual comes into the lab doing dynamic stretches one week and the next week will be static stretching. This will be tested using the cybex machine
