A Sytematic Review to investigate the differential diagnosis of suspected non accidental trauma in paediatric neuroradiology

* I have done the results as well as the discussion however some articles are not of quality.More articles to be added.
*My discussion contains relevant information however I just picked out the important information from the articles so it does not flow in a logical format.i also have not critically analysed them properly, I have attempted in some areas.
*no articles older than 10 years to be used as per the decision making model
* As discussed with the agent, it would need to be rewritten, if the writer wants to use any information from my content in his discussion,this is fine.
* when using new articles, it must be filled out in the results table-articles must relevant to the topic eg) SDH,RHT,SKULL FRACTURES,HIE ,ACCIDENTAL HEAD INJURY,,non accidental head injury ,mimics /differential diagnosis of SDH/RHT/HIE ,using radiology (ct,MRI) to distinguish between NAHI and AHI,BESS
*The results and inclusion and exclusion table will have to be amended when new articles are added
*The discussion should contain : an elaboration of the introduction, match the aim( what we plan to do), match the objectives(how we will achieve this), conclusion
*No new information in the discussion, it should tie with the intro-remember we only discussing the triad with is SDH,RH,HIE and SKULL fractures along with their mimics.Do not mention other forms of NAHI such as epidural,subarachnoid etc
*All articles in the results table MUST be critically analyzed in the discussion along with other articles (also not older than 10 years) eg)\”Article A suggests that 80% of all patients with BESS will develop SDH however article b notes that BESS is under diagnosed therefore implies all sample population studies are flawed.Based on the differences in findings there can be no conclusive statement regarding the appearance for SDH made at this time\”
