I need you to undertake an evaluation of the epidemiological literature for a health related disease issue in an area of interest to you. This evaluation will involve an exploration of the existing epidemiological literature; a critical assessment of existing epidemiological study designs relating to this health issue; and, based on the critical assessment, recommendations for future epidemiological investigation of the health issue. For example, i have selected the above mentioned topic after discussing with my lecturer.As a guide, it is expected that you identify between 10 and 20 peer reviewed journal articles which contain epidemiological studies. Do not include studies sourced from textbook descriptions or articles which discuss studies – actual studies are required.
Consider the type/range of epidemiological information that may have been reported about the selected disease/exposure in various studies. Consider the limitations of the existing epidemiological evidence.
But if you are not able to find peer review articles on this topic, then you can select your topic, but before start working on that topic, first you will send me that topic, i will confirm it with my teacher, then you will continue it. I will also send the lecture materials, which would be used in this assignment
