Introduction

Cleaning the streets in Indianapolis city poses a great challenge to the development of the metropolis. In most areas, the snow accumulates in the streets thus causing delay and low performance in the city. This greatly influences the actions of the planners of the city and the plans of expanding the city in the future. The report has faced many challenges in trying to locate the DPW. In addition, it took a lot of time interviewing the department, which we realized is being faced with hierarchy problem.

Conclusion

In order to deal with the problem effectively, the DPW has established emergency groups to deal with the problem at the initial stages. This is done through the acquisition of vehicles and facilities for plowing snow. In addition, the issue of construction has been revised in order to ensure that buildings are in the required standards. This is done through relocating the street dwellers and the entire residential house in the streets to other areas. Thus is in line with facilitating efficiency performance both economically and socially.
