What should I do to complete my critique?

As part of your critiques of case analyses, you should:

1) Read the Southwest case.

2) Read your question “Cost and sources of funds for implementing strategy, as well as consistency and direct linkages with other parts of the case report.” and examine the team’s submission.

3) With your case reading , prepare a critique telling the team what you think about how they prepared the area assigned to you. Take the perspective of a reviewing manager.

1. Tell the team what’s good.

2. Tell the team what’s not so good. Challenge them !!

3. Tell them what’s inconsistent.

4. If something is missing from the team’s case or overly complicated, you should address such items and offer your suggestions for completion or change.

5. Ask questions and request clarification from the team as you see fit and feel free to add new information or professional experience in your post.

6. Please do not confuse what the team proposes with any company’s present strategy. The two should not match.
