Rationale
In order to be effective as a manager, individuals must possess a number of skills and attributes, attributes such as perception, honesty, integrity, systematic, etc. and skills such as communication and organisation. Developing these skills and attributes are central to becoming a good manager, whilst their subsequent continuous improvement throughout their management career relates directly to the success achieved. Therefore it is vital that new managers (and indeed existing managers) are able to identify those skills and attributes that are most important to their management and to consciously develop them. There are however numerous skills and attributes, so it is important to know which ones are the most important and therefore the ones to prioritise.

Quality of the critical evaluation 20%
Quality of the paper including referencing, flow and
sources of information 20%

Hi i am sending this work back as 1) This work does not meet up with a masters standard 2) The work is all-over the place: Very Vague No beggining no end 3) The writter has added some theories…. who invented the theory and what year??? 4) No flow when read. 5) No journal references in a master\’s level work. writter has just used books. Could writter please write more academically and allow work to flow well when it\’s been read. Perharps use connective words to make work flow greatly.
