Describe the theory that most closely aligns with how you intend to motivate your team.

Weekly tasks or assignments (Individual or Group Projects) will be due by Monday, and late submissions will be assigned a late penalty in accordance with the late penalty policy found in the syllabus. NOTE: All submission posting times are based on midnight Central Time.

You have already analyzed your own personal strengths for leading and communicating with your project team. In this week’s Discussion Board, you looked at some of the motivation theories and models and methods for ascertaining what motivates individual project team members. Now, it is time to determine the strategy and plan for motivating your team members.

Also, there are some facilitation techniques that you can use to decide, as a team, what motivation activities you will add to the overall plan. Possibilities include brainstorming and nominal group technique, force field analysis, and mind mapping.
