Abstract for my Research abstract Research: Food insecurity: looked at the nutritional analysis of carts filled by participants at MetroCaring in Denver looked at: quantity of fresh foods, nutrients provided by foods, cups of fruits/vegetables selected Comparing cart contents based on: different household sizes, cooking class attendance vs. non-attendance, and 1st time participants vs. returning AMA style and needs to have 5 peer reviewed journal sources, 3 of which are within the past 3 years.
