One of the main problems with Determinism is what it means for agent (individual) responsibility. If our universe is determined, can we ever be help responsible for the things we do? Weren\’t they simply determined to be a certain way despite our efforts? Yet, most religious doctrines hold just this. Is it possible to have responsibility for our actions if we live in a deterministic universe? If so, how? If not, what does that mean for the whole idea of agent responsibility?
