Leonard Pvt. Ltd is an advertising media organization started by Mr. ABC in the year 2007. The organization has grown over the years, and today it has total employee strength of 500 across three countries.
Organizsation objectives:
1. Leonard’s objective is to be the best advertising media agency in the country.
2. To be an organization where you can learn and work with some of the best names in the business.
3. Be a place where you could challenge yourself every day, grow personally and professionally, and have fun while being at work .
4. No matter how old Leonard grows, it will always have a the heart of start-up.
5. The oOrganization firmly believes in nurturing creativity, integrity, out-of-box thinking and commitment.
Organisation behavior & values:
1. Organization culture& and values play a significant role in Leonard’s organization behavior.
2. The organization has worked hard on creating distinctive and employee friendly culture that could bring about the best in each of its employees.
3. Leonard’s workplace is designed to foster & and reinforce desired corporate values and ethics.
4. Though hierarchical in its functioning, the management team is trained to act as a team and treat each team member at par with each other.
5. Team motivation, integrity, & andunity are some of the fundamental values of Leonard’s organization behavior.
Organization’s best practices towards workforce diversity :

1. Leonard has always believed in managing its workforce diversity without any prejudice and has taken extra steps to ensure that all are treated the same under the same roof .
2. The cafeteria and the workplace layout have been designed to provide a comfortable and independent environment. There are no cubicles or cabins, and the entire floor has been designed to maximize employee interactions.
3. For better employee engagement and relationship, Leonard has arranged for table tennis, carom , gymnasium, restroom, and prayer room, doctor-on-call to ensure a comfortable and stress-free environment.
4. Leonard focusses on managing its workforce diversity by giving utmost importance to ‘Healthy eating at workplace’ slogan. Healthy meals and drinks are provided at the office cafeteria to motivate employees to follow a healthy lifestyle .
5. Various employee engagement activities are being organized, too .
6. The organization keeps re-inventing its performance development scheme to ensure that there is no bias within the system along with proper employee engagement activities.
7. Monthly rewards & and recognition sessions are conducted to motivate and retain its best talent.
8. Leonard comes up with attractive incentive and bonus schemes to consistently foster its talent and maintain them in all spheres.
9. Staffing is done in such a manner such that each team has equivalent number of employees with varied skill set so that each team becomes a ‘Business entity’ model and performs to the best of its abilities and capabilities.
10. Leonard often conducts assessment center analysis to get feedback about its policies and to understand employee satisfaction ratio
11. Weekly and monthly reviews are conducted to ensure performance consistency.
12. ‘Hi-tea’ is one of the popular sessions among the employees of Leonard where employees get an opportunity to discuss their ideas and initiatives directly with the CEO over a cup of tea or /coffee.
Outsourcing as an option for Workforce Planning:
1. Outsourcing could be an excellent option for organization’s workforce planning since Leonard as a company has been growing rapidly, and with its varied workforce it becomes imperative for it to outsource its hiring needs to recruitment consultants.
2. Outsourcing would be a feasible option for Leonard since it will get better quality of people at a lesser cost .
3. The outsourced vendors bring about more swiftness and expertise to workforce planning.
4. Workforce planning takes up a lot of time and energy of the management team. Organization can focus more on core processes once the workforce task is outsourced to an external vendor.
5. Leonard can hence save on its operational and recruitment cost to quite an extent.
6. Workforce planning and implementation can be done in a seamless manner by outsourcing it to a third party.
Practices and your plan that would support and link staffing to key organizational objectives.
The organization’s objectives is are to be the best advertising media company and to be the best when required to attract, train, and retain its best talent. Therefore, right correct staffing becomes the most important factor while linking staffing to key organizational objectives.
A healthy, stress-free, and motivating work culture not only fosters growth, but it also enables the company to bring out the best in each of its employees .
People want to work with an organization which that not only focusesd on its monetary goals, but also considers its employees as its biggest asset .
Conclusion

It is highly imperative for any organization that it remains firmly focused on achieving its organizational objective. As mentioned above, the firm’s objective is to be the best and be the market leader. From the case, we can infer that Leonard has a set of human resource policies and functions that would ensure that it reaches the top of its industry vertical.
