I have to write a dissertation for Jellagen Pty, they are a UK based Med-Tech and Healthcare company offering medical grade collagen products sourced from jellyfish, a sustainable and novel source of collagen biomaterials.
They want me to find the different products, markets they could enter, the primary customers, the competitors in an around United Kingdom and Europe. The aim to provide medical grade gelatine (still planning based on market scope), injectables and dermal fillers. So in terms of the company’s point of view this work has to be written. Based on all these factors I have to provide a marketing strategy and supply chain network.
