Read Case 8.4, “Old Smoke. write (2-3) page report that answers the following:
1. Explain how you would handle this situation if you were Charles Renfold.
2. Describe the policy on smoking that you would recommend to Redwood Associates.
3. Explain how this case would change if what bothers Darlene is not old smoke but the smell of Alices perfume or Franks body odor.
4. Explain whether it is fair or reasonable for companies to ban employees from smoking in their cars in the company parking lot.
The format of the report is to be as follows:
o Typed, double spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one inch margins on all sides, APA format.
o Type the question followed by your answer to the question.
o In addition to (2-3) pages required, a title page is to be included. The title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name, the instructors name, the course title, and the date.
