Must be UK born, writing with British vocabulary and style. Must hold a UK Business Degree with Organizational Development as a module and can utilize the concept without referring to a textbook. You will be provided with an 8646-worded Word document with RED boxed areas as your task (whole document has been included so you can incorporate cohesion and view the background of the work). You can however only FORMAT the unboxed area. Your job is to go through it and follow the instructions and expand on ALL the points made. All points have to be expanded upon objectively providing a reference where applicable. Some references and diagrams have been cited for you to reference using the Harvard style. The questionnaire in the appendices must be used and the responses derived from it must be consistent with the results of the diagnosis. The writer MUST NOT limit points and sections made, solely to the instructions provided, but use his/her specialist expertise to add more points which have not been included, so it does not hinder the final pre-arranged grade paid for. Where a point is getting too repetitive the latter points should be brief. In each section you must include a brief conclusion on how that specific section is in cohesion with the other interdependent sections and the overall OD plan.
You must relate every point to AG BARR as opposed to being generic! Generalisation should only occur when giving definition of terms but should be concise. You must not delete any of the pre-allocated bullet points in your sections but create a structure. Final work will be cross referenced with these instructions to check if they have been adhered to.
