Draft a three-page Presidential Study Directive (PSD) in which constitutional issues in homeland security missions and in addressing current domestic threats be analyzed. Remember that you, as the President of the United States, are signing this PSD. It may be written in such a manner that it is focused towards the department/agency/entity that you identified in the Getting Started Lesson or it may be focused more broadly. Use PSD-1 as an example and template, but adapt it to the topic and scope of your PSD. This is both a substantive and a procedural exercise, so creative thinking is encouraged.
