Kessler, a former FDA agent recognizes obesity as an issue. However, the book attributes the rising bad eating habits to the availability of foodstuffs full of salt, sugar, and fats. This book is useful and opens up the manufacturers hands in harming citizens.

This a very useful source in addressing obesity issue even through campaigns.
