Students will complete a self-assessment in preparation for future self-assessment/development projects. Two areas of strength and two opportunities for growth must be identified. Students will develop a detailed plan to address one specific area for growth. The assessment will be one page in length, with line spacing set at 1.15, 12 point font and 1 inch margins. Grammar and punctuation will count towards final grade. Please attach the form provided and use to stimulate introspective reflection on strengths and opportunities for growth.
