Students will read a scenario in which they assume they are on a health literacy team in a small health clinic. The team’s task is to make sure patient forms and materials are understandable to the largest number of the clinic’s patients. People on the team have very different perspectives about the best way to do this. Students must weigh in with their own reasoned argument, as well as critique their colleagues’ positions.
