The increased use of zero hours contracts has brought about challenges in organisations. How can leadership approaches combined with HRM tools and techniques be used in order to minimise some of these challenges.

Investigate leadership approaches and HRM techniques which assist in dealing with the specific challenges you identify in the use of Zero hours contracts.
