This is a group report for the subject of “ENTERPRISE & INNOVATION”, the paper should be SURROUNDED BY ALL 3 points of GUIDELINE.

BELOW 3 POINTS OF GUIDELINE MUST BE FOLLOWED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PAPER AT ALL TIME: –

#1 – Think about an organization with which you are familiar and about the other firms or players in its sector. (OUR REQUEST: PLEASE CONSIDER USE APPLE THE IPHONE COMPANY, AND OTHER FIRMS LIKE SAMSUNG, LG ETC. TO ELABORATE) How do they choose to try position themselves for strategic advantage – and how do they use technology to help them so?

#2 – They may try to offer the lowest prices – and have heavy investments in clever machines which help them achieve this. Or, they may try to offer the best designs – and back this up with a commitment to design and R&D.

#3 – Try to research the strategies not only of one firm but of several within the sector (OUR REQUEST: THAT MEANS STRATEGIES RELATED TO APPLE COMPANY AND OTHERS IN SAME SECTOR) and build up a picture of how the sector is shaped by firms using technology to gain competitive advantage.

LAYOUT REQUIREMENT: –

– Must have proper headings, like introduction, strategies, conclusion etc.

SUGGESTION OF THE SPREAD OF WORD COUNT: –

– Introduction & conclusion should be each of word counts around 400 words, totalling 800 words.

– #1 guideline should be of around 800 words, #2 guideline of around 550 words; # 3 guideline of around 550 words
