Specifically, the study will involve researchers sourcing information from Dell’s website, previous literature pieces on Dell’s performance management system and their findings, and other secondary sources with useful information on both Dell Company and performance management systems.
Data collection
Data for this study will be collected by reviewing the existing literature materials such as books, articles, periodicals, journals, and websites. At this point, information from Dell’s website will be quite helpful. Other online information about Dell from other websites will also be sought in order to back up this study. The aforementioned secondary sources containing information on performance management system will be used to collect certain useful pieces of information on the current study. Specific references for this study can be found in the ‘References’ section hereunder.
Data Analysis
The data and information obtained from the existing literature on the research topic including information from Dell’s website will be analyzed through comparisons with each other’s findings and their respective discussions. The researcher will then develop his own conclusions and discussion based on a comprehensive comparison of those literature sources and websites.
Research Participants
This being a literature-based study, the research participants will be cited from those of the literature and websites that will be consulted while undertaking this study. These will be referenced accordingly for plagiarism-evasion purposes.
Ethical Consideration
Every work that will be sourced from other sources other than the researcher’s own comments will be cited and referenced accordingly so as to give credit to their original authors.
