Reflect on your experiences of playing the ‘Beer game’ in Week 2 (27th January). Write a report not exceeding 800 words on What have I learnt about organisations from playing the Beer game?

Task 2. Weight: 35% of the overall mark for this assignment Self Organised Learning:. In the seminar in Week 6 (Wednesday, 25th February 11 am -17:30 pm, visit to Greenfield Community College) in your teams you will be invited to get involved in learning about a topic given to you in the seminar. You will be allowed to use the Internet freely and research the topic given to you as a team and present the outcome of your work at the end of the seminar.
As part of your individual portfolio you need to provide a reflective account of the personal mastery and team learning skills you used to work effectively in the team; your personal experience of working in the team in the context of a Self Organised Learning Environment (SOLE) 1 . The mark for this part will be given for
Successful team work and completion of the task in the seminars in week 6 : (25th February 11 am -17:30 pm) to include: 1. Use of personal mastery and team learning skills and practices to enhance the effectiveness of team work. 10%. 2. Clear articulation of the outcome of your work in a short 5 minute presentation at the end of the seminars 5% A Reflective account (15%) of the personal mastery and team learning skills and practices you used to work effectively in the team and your personal experience of working in the team; in the context of a Self Organised Learning Environment (SOLE) (maximum 900 words) A Reflection on the suitability of Self Organised Learning Environments in promoting creativity in organisations (5%) (maximum 200 words)
