Part 1: Evaluation of RFP – Evaluate the RFP that you receive (on the 11+1 items RFPs are expected
to address). If the RFP you have received is incomplete or inconsistent, make reasonable
assumptions (for your proposal) and state these assumptions. . Limit your comments on the RFP to a maximum of two pages.
Part 2: The Proposal – Take on the role of a contractor bidding to arrange the graduation function.
Working in your existing teams, your job is to respond to the RFP assigned to you (written by
another group) with a proposal that covers technical, management and cost issues. To estimate the
total cost of the project, prepare a work breakdown structure (WBS), estimate the cost of each task
in your WBS, and add these up. Remember to add your own fees into the total amount you want the customer to pay.(6 PAGES)
