Marketing Strategies for Child Care Business
Introduction
Child care business is a business whose objective is to provide better care of small babies in the absence of their parent under the care of the assigned guardians. Happy Baby Day Care Centre will be responsible for taking care of these babies during the day by ensuring that they get better care within a just environment (Robertson, 2013). Being a new business in the market, the organization has come up with better strategies of surviving within the competitive market. These marketing strategies are based on various theories of marketing and other ethical issues that relates to marketing. Apart from developing better marketing strategies, the organization has also developed better management skills by employing experience and skilled personnel to control various activities of the organization (Torossian, 2013). For instance, teachers who will be responsible for taking care of these young babies need to have good past records on their areas of specialization.
Mission Statement for Happy Baby Day Care Center
Mission of the Happy Baby Day Care Center is to provide better and high quality baby care to babies within its locality. Young babies being prone to various diseases that always occur due to the environment where they play, jump and eat their foodstuff, Baby Care is also concerned on provision of baby care services within a safe environment in order to reduce children chances to diseases (Crowley, 2011). The organization mission is also to provide quality baby care that will help babies to develop their brains and bodies mentally, socially and physically. Moreover, the organization mission also concern in providing better baby care services that will prepare babies for their learning career.
Vision Statement for Happy Baby Day Care Center
Another statement that Happy Baby Day Care Centre has developed is the vision statement for the organization. According to the organization vision, the organization is mandated to provide necessary support for the families of the babies under the organization care through providing quality, flexible and better baby care to the babies via the application of various baby care options (Crowley, 2011). This is because the organization understands that not all babies require similar approach to care. Therefore, through using diverse baby care practices, the organization will provide a better environment for their clients. Furthermore, the organization is mandated to baby care practices that would promote vigorous development and growth to babies. Moreover, the vision of the organization is to be one of the best baby care service provider in the region in the next five years (Crowley, 2011). This will be achieved through better development and services strategies that are already in place.
Organization Target Segment
Du to the presence of high cost of living, many of the people who would sit down and wait for their breadwinners to bring food have all seek for employment as the little their breadwinners get is not enough for their daily consumptions. Therefore, the first market target group for the organization is working families who have no caretakers to take care of their children (R0bertson, 2013). The other target groups for the organization are single parents who are employed and have no other partners to take care of their young babies. The third group that the organization target are people with businesses but are unable to combine both the business activities and taking care of their young ones. Instead, they look for organizations like Happy Baby Care Centers to take care of their children. Lastly, the other target groups for the organization are parents who actually are not employed, are not busy but are unable to take care of their children. These are parent who are unable to provide better baby care to their children when they are still young.

Competitive Advantage Analysis
In order for the organization to fit into the competitive market, the organization has come up with various ways to ensure it survive despite the presence of their competitors. For instance, the organization has potential and skilled personnel to take initiative of ensuring babies get the baby care (Crowley, 2011). Therefore, through provision of better baby care services, the organization has upper hand in fitting into the competitive market. The other advantage that the organization has over the existing baby care centers is that it will provide quality but cheap baby care services. Lowering our prices will help the organization in attracting many clients. Another advantage that the organization has over other existing organizations is that it has adequate funds for its starts and development in terms of resources and employing of skilled workers (McClure, 2012). Moreover, another advantage that the organization has over other competitors that is considered as an advantage is that it has enough space that children can interact and play. All these advantages are drawn from the table below showing some of the weaknesses of Happy Baby Care Center weaknesses as illustrated below:

Service Definition
The organization also has various service definitions that would help in attracting and maintaining the organization customers. For instance, the organization has a well organizational structure that clearly defines each and every person roles in order to avoid coalition of work within the organization (McClure, 2012). For instance, van drivers will be responsible for collecting and dropping babies and cooks will take part in preparing and feeding babies. The organization also has in place better strategies in dealing with different challenges of the organization upon their occurrence. Moreover, the organization has in place better rules and regulations that promote team work within the organization.
