How many suppliers would you recommend contracting with and why? (Note: this is a sourcing strategy case NOT a supplier selection)
What is the recommended length of contract, for example: short term (1 year); medium term (2-3 years); or longer term (4+ years) and why?
What opportunities exist for total cost of ownership (TCO) reduction?
What are the prioritized initiatives necessary to realize savings?
